Narelle Simmons purchased Assured Settlement Services in 2008 and became a licensed conveyancer in 2009. Backed by more than 30 years of industry experience and a legal background, she is dedicated to delivering smooth, professional property settlements for clients throughout Perth and Regional WA.
Known for her friendly nature and clear communication, Narelle is committed to returning calls, answering questions and keeping clients informed throughout every stage of the settlement process. Her goal is to make every settlement straightforward, stress-free and completed on time.
Outside the office, Narelle enjoys supporting her family’s farming business and spending time with her husband and children.

Lisa began with Narelle during high school work experience and officially joined the team in 2024. She’s currently studying to become a Licensed Settlement Agent and brings great energy and dedication to every file.

Our office is conveniently located opposite Belmont Forum, making it easy for clients across Perth to visit us. We’re open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with flexible appointment times available to suit your schedule.
