Licensed Conveyancer / Business Owner
Narelle bought Assured Settlement Services in 2008 and has over 30 years of industry experience. With a background in law and a passion for client care, she ensures every settlement is handled professionally and promptly.
Friendly, reliable, and always happy to take your call, Narelle is known for her clear communication and no-fuss approach. When she’s not managing settlements, she’s helping out on the family farm or spending time with her children.
Lisa Tooley
Client Services / Future Licensed Agent
Lisa began with Narelle during high school work experience and officially joined the team in 2024. She’s currently studying to become a Licensed Settlement Agent and brings great energy and dedication to every file.
Lisa is known for her quick replies, friendly manner, and commitment to smooth, hassle-free service.

You’ll find us directly across from Belmont Forum at 3/226 Fulham Street, Cloverdale. We’re open 9am to 4pm weekdays, but happy to offer after-hours appointments when needed.
