1. Pay your deposit to the Real Estate Agents Trust Account
2. Provide us with you instructions to act on your behalf
3. Signing of Mortgage Documents
4. Payment of Stamp Duty
5. Building and Termite conditions, if applicable to your contract
6. Final Inspection of property – generally completed 7 days prior to settlement
7. Completion of settlement via our office
8. Collection of keys from Real Estate Agent
